Payment
We accept:

- cheque payments
- invoiced payments
So you can:
1. Buy Online
Buying online is safe and secure – we use PayPal to process all our online payments.
You don’t need a PayPal account to buy this way, and you can use credit or debit cards.
Because PayPal handles the process we don't see your card details. So you can be sure that your details are safe and secure!
Just add the products you want to your shopping cart, and when you’re ready click ‘Checkout’.
This will take you to the checkout page where you’ll be asked to enter your name and address. You will then be directed to PayPal's secure payment page to enter your card details or pay by your PayPal account. It really is a safe and secure method of paying.
When you order from us online be sure to use the address where your credit/debit card is registered. We do not ship to addresses which do not match.
2. Buy Offline
If you prefer to pay by cheque, or want to buy through your business and be invoiced, please ring us on 08707 510850.
Please note: All cheques must be in British Pound Sterling. We do not cash USD cheques (checks).
Also, personal cheques will delay your order as we must wait for your funds to clear before we ship any products.

Delivery Times
We make it a priority to send out orders as quickly as we can.
For UK orders, expect to receive your parcel within five working days. If you haven’t received it within seven days please let us know.
For worldwide deliveries, please leave up to 10 days for delivery, although we aim to have it with you sooner.
Return / Refund Policy
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged when you receive it, please contact us immediately after your package arrives. We will then replace your product.
